money tree
stressmg asks:
Question
I have a new money tree and need to know where in my house to place it. I’ve read that North West corning is optimal…that South East is best.
Answer
The McFengshui answer depends on who is claiming which direction is correct — not much help.
The answer provided by real feng shui is a question: How do you know you need a money tree? What evidence do you have that your home requires one?
If you are basing your need on an article or book that mentioned money trees, you have no evidence. Evidence is hard data: an analysis of your home that shows a specific need for this peculiar combination of wood, water, and earth in a particular location — not necessarily a direction!
If you have not had your home analyzed by a competent feng shui practitioner, you do not know whether a money tree is appropriate or even necessary.
Certainly you can install a money tree without any evidence of needing this particular remedy. It could have no effect. It could make things better — or it could make things much worse.
