Burning things
Jakibrown asks:
Question
When moving into a new house what do you burn prior to moving in to ensure balance and harmony?
Answer
I don’t burn anything. Combustion puts pollutants into the air. That is not balance or harmony. Moreover, it can offend people in several ways.
If you have asthma or allergies, the last thing you want is someone to light fire to something and wave it around or in your general direction.
There is no reason to burn things unless it is related to your particular culture or religion. It certainly has nothing to do with authentic feng shui.
